Doubled up leather with crimped loop end to go around barb of hook. When getting the new leather client will need to take opposite end of loop and put thru hole on hook and tie knot to secure. Hook in picture does not come with. As a courtesy to our clients we will always replace the leather on these necklaces all you have to do is pay the $10.00 shipping charge. When ordering size remember that the Hook will add 1.5" to the length of the leather ordered.
